Yipin Jingnan ,China Railway Real Estate  is located in the northeast of Baoding city, with the site area about 178770m² and floor area 683983 m².The oblique landscape sight-axis through the district centre forms the walking system and creates high quantity ecological environment as well. The outline of it just likes a green boat in canal town in southern China, as Holderlin Says “..., yet poetically, man dwells on this earth”, which responses to the motif of the community. Multiform arrangement of the residences. Short depth apartment buildings are divided into several subarea in the height, with the diverse contours, to beatify the sight of the city.Three ways that virescence park in yard, half-underground park in west and east side of the community, and underground park, solve the residents’ parking problem synthetically. Such solution is considered with the landscape design, and seeks to be convenient, aesthetic and economical.Multiplex commerce space modality.Single or two-story shop, three-story shopping mall and supermarket compose the diversiform shopping environment. Through the holistic analyzing to the texture of the dwellings’ façades, we use several basic texture to control the whole community’s architecture figure. The white, grey and warm color system is used in the facades to response to the motif of the canal town in southern china.
