Olympic Southern Area（The Olympic Culture and Business Park）is located at the south of Olympic Centre in Chaoyang District. The proportion of site is 62.8h，and buildings have 1.44M square meter. The planning of Olympic Southern Area is integrated with business，office，culture and hotel，which create a unique urban space by curved ramp and spread green slope. Furthermore，being an overall payout with Asian Games Stadiums on the north, it plays a role of comprehensive city functional center. The design contains municipal transportation and buildings. The central landscape and a skyscraper with 180m build up the core of public space in the south of Olympic area. All of the elements play an important part of building urban image and contribute to improving international affect of the city of Beijing.
