The second phase of Jisheng Wellborn international furniture village is located at the east side of Zhaoxiang super commerce center in Shanghai, Qingpu, with site area 137,933.6 m² and floor area 200,000 m². The main functions of the building are large-scale furniture industry exhibition and small business exhibition and office. 
Trees, the initial raw materials of furniture, are used as the theme of furniture display space, and as the main sight on the landscape axis in the design. Such theme not only matches with the origin of the furniture industry but also implicates best wishes. The exuberance and endless of the trees symbolizes the vitality and flourish of the client's enterprise. Further more, the architectural form itself, in a modern technique, reflects the characters of urban space. The concept of “city” also represents providing more possibility to the businesses and customers. All-encompassed display, complete services, comfortable rest areas, the landscape out-and-inside the city, the connection among the floors have brought the area into a veritable urban space.
