Cixi Fortune Center is a largest commercial complex in Cixi city, mainly on business, accompanied by star-rated hotel, top quality office, commercial apartments, hotel-style apartments and other related functions, gathering shopping, leisure, entertainment, dining, living, business offices and many others in one. Because of the complexity of building function, we have made design analysis. On the basis of considerations and respect for the central area of the city environment and regional characters, we have determined a reasonable construction patterns, made deep research on the optimization and transportation organization of high-density, multi-functional integrated architecture, in order to create a vibrant commercial space, try for maximum commercial value, create business atmosphere without losing quality of the construction image, and at the same time give consideration to the building costs, energy saving, etc. for project operability.
