The Project locates in Shahe Town of Changping District between the north of the 5 Ring and the north of the 6 Ring, which provides office, research, exhibition, and dwelling place for assigned units. According to requirements of integrity and resource sharing, the project has designed in the block center a central green axis linking east and west, which connects the C-1, C-4 and the C-5 Area in the south together, so that at the same time of zoning, every block can obtain a unified and shared link. The design makes full use of height limit, functional integration and concentration, and leaves a large area of green space. The building takes 20 meters as the basic module in order to facilitate standardization of construction and to meet the needs of various experimental technology needs. An internal multi-level ecological landscape is created, where supporting service function, public works and other setting are located in the central green-belt axis, and shapes overlapping scattered wave curve according to the height demand, and forms a striking and open stretched space image. The facade of the office building adopts mainly White aluminum and metal grids materials, and looks simple and modern. On north and south side, the vertical sun shelters play important roles of energy saving. The grids change direction from north to south along the basement, and people can get different sense of rhythm and the gradient effect sense of rhythm and the gradient effect of the building from different observing views.
