Inside-out architecture, Zone G with site area of about 43,500 square meters is to be non-polluting, low-power, cost-effective base for the creative industries, based on Haidian educational resources, the Zhongguancun high-tech forces and the development of creative industries.In the planning, we recreate the small environment in site and shape the city borders to enhance the quality of the project. Architectural language seeks a fresh style, with contemporary taste. Architectural massing and form seeks sense of humanity and proximity, inosculating to the landscape.
Design of G district focuses on the aesthetics of pithiness and contrast. In treating with the transparence of glass, the shade of bricks’ color and the coordination of the all and the one delicately, expresses the designers and developers’ interpretation of high-quality office. The well-designed building facades, with fine arrangement of different materials and diverse colors, balance of vacancy and solid and logo design builds establish the brand image of various enterprises.
