The project is located in the Future Technology City A-21 block, which has 4.51 hectares of land planning and 112,800 square meters of building size. The project is in the intersection of culture axis and biology axis of overall planning. It has convenience of traffic and resources of natural landscape，which make its own an important point of the Future Technology City.
The design show the highlights and excavation of land’s value, the promotion of landscape’s value，and the advantage of value of biological environment protect. Through building’s the meaningful shape ，it represents the marking power. Considering 3D shaping has more timeliness than 1D ones，it voids project’s height impression disappears in the forest of tower buildings.
